(Global Marketing) Web UX Strategist

Main Responsibilities

• Design UX strategies to optimize user experiences, facilitate better communication and engagement with users for the company’s official website and optimize the whole user journey
• Conduct UX research and data analytics to help improve website/ campaign performance from UX perspective
• Initiate/ collaborate with cross-functional teams such as website development, design team, SEO, content marketing, copywriting and other relevant teams to improve the user experience of website
• Keep updated about the latest UX trends, knowledge and skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in both Mandarin and English
• 3+ years experiences in UX strategy design in terms of website (both desktop and mobile versions)
• Excellent web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, etc. as well as UX deliverables such as wireframes or similar illustrations to explain UX ideas
• Passionate for VR/ AR, metaverse, consumer electronics and trending technologies
• Excellent strategic thinking, designing, planning and execution
• Experiences in cross-functional collaboration such as web development, design, copywriting, etc.
• Experiences in initiating/ participating in global-scale web projects
• Be able to cope with uncertainty
