【Job Description】

● Implement an integrated marketing communication plan focusing on key markets and strategic program activities, and ensuring communications meet defined product position and business objectives.

● Manage and represent the organization’s interest in industry groups to best further the objectives of favorable exposure of the company’s capabilities and technology/products via exhibits, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and professional memberships.

●Integrate and manage the company’s CI and brands awareness.

●Develop related branding /CSR projects and utilize regional and global journalists and government to maximize brand exposure and raise the corporate image.

●Collaborate and coordinate regional offices and customers on co-marketing campaigns/activities and go-to-market support.

●Develop digital marketing and influencer marketing plans.

●Develop and supervise the marketing department, maintain an approved departmental budget plan.

●Improve the product communication process to involve the Marketing Communication team in an earlier stage.

【Qualifications/Skills】

● 5-7 years of PR agency or industry corporate communications, marketing experience.

● Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

● Dynamic, passionate, and a positive mindset.

● Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven capabilities.

● Strong teamwork and leadership, influencing and communication skills, with demonstrated talent at building and managing teams and collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams.

● Ability to set goals, plan, and prioritize many initiatives and opportunities, resourceful and capability to multitask.
