Principal Objective

The Principal Objective of the Global Brand Accounting & Finance Controller for the Company and its affiliates shall be responsible for leading a team across the accounting controlling functions. This role will collaborate, and drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis as well as act as a change agent to drive efficiencies in all processes and systems across both the accounting and finance functions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective operations of both the Accounting and Finance functions.
• Providing analytical insight and support to the Company and its affiliates. Partner with Key Stakeholders to monitor and drive performance and to provide financial oversight.
• Develop high-quality financial analysis to provide context and insight to decision-makers across the Group.
• Annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term planning process across the Company and its affiliates
• Help standardize FP&A processes and bring best practices to the organization.
• Provides strong leadership to ensure the accounting and finance organization has a high level of performance and productivity.

Experiences and Education

• 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance management operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration
• Progressive financial planning & analysis, and reporting experience
• Leading annual budgeting, long-term financial planning processes, and rolling forecasts.
• Active management of the P&L, including driving efficiency or earnings optimization initiatives.
• Experience with a multi-national company is preferable
• SAP user experience is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluency in English
• Like to take challenges.
• Good at communication with multi-national teams.
• Global experience is preferable. (English skills, lived/worked/studied abroad, strong cultural awareness)
