Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in embedded software development or consumer electronic domain
• Experience in C /or C++.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience developing power core or battery management system(BMS) optimization software for devices.
• Experience working across multi-functional teams
• Knowledge on PMIC, ARM or other low-power SOC architecture
• Knowledge on Linux/Android power or battery framework is a plus
• Excellent debugging skills to solve ambiguous problems

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement power or battery system software, driver, and optimization solution on Linux/Android
• Work with various cross-functional teams to develop requirements, identify, prioritize and fix issues on Pixels
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to optimize system power and battery experience
