Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management financial reports, variance analysis and reconciliation

• Assist in the financial reporting, budgeting, as well as cash flow management functions

• Perform regular evaluation on product portfolio / functional platform performance and monitor capex and expenses

• Assist in enhancing internal / financial controls, process governance, process simplification and digitization

• Execute budget / actual financial performance review (incl. MoM, YoY) on P&L, CapEx, and related key drivers

• Provide management reporting with business insights, including potential opportunities to improve profitability and early warnings on future deviations

• Work on new business development assessment through early involvement and proactive engagement as well as cross-functional team collaboration

• Undertake analysis of competitor performance, strengths and weakness and anticipate competitor future activities, reactions

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or a relevant discipline a plus

• 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in FP&A or Accounting, preferably in electronics / electrical equipment industry

• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP experience a plus

• Proficient in English
