• This role will be responsible for partnering with the identified commercial business units as well as other enabling functions to address the requirements for financial analysis for strategic and business planning, budgeting, reporting as well as other ad hoc requests.
  

• Responsible for Plan, Update, and Fcst analysis (G2N, Sales, OPEX, and Pricing)
• Provide financial partnering supports to pricing proposal, campaign ROI, key account analysis, cost management, etc.
• Support strategic business objectives of innovation , resource reallocation
• Work with the C&C / P&F hubs to ensure smooth closings , efficient planning process
• Monitor OPEX performance and support cost containment projects
• Support Ad-hoc analysis and initiatives
  

• Proven ability to work under pressure against tight and changing deadlines and prioritize work and deliver
• Advanced numeracy, accuracy & excellent attention to detail
• Ability to effectively use negotiation and conflict resolution skills and be proactively out in the business, asking questions and providing constructive challenge, in a way that gets the business to look at and engage with new opportunities
• Possess strong “can-do” attitude & Teamwork
  

• ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MBA with 8 – 10 years’ experience . Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office skills
• Prior commercial finance experience will be an advantage
• Strong P&L analytical skills and experience
• Working knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and forecasting principles
• Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyse and resolve specific problems
• Ability to work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively use conflict resolution skills
