The Field Service Representative (FSR)will plan and perform all inventory control and facility maintenance activities within a Secret warehouse environment for F-16 parts. The Field Service Representative (FSR)is responsible for ensuring control and accountability of the items in transit, storage, and while in use, as well as ensures all parts and materials are properly stored and safeguarded according to IAW Secret Security classification guidelines and that accurate and appropriate levels of inventory logs and reporting are maintained to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control F-16 parts in transit, storage, and use.
• Manage access to US Secret Facility and parts.
• Perform all periodic checks and replacement of parts as required by the various manufacturers of auxiliary mechanical, electrical, and security systems associated with the facility.
• Provide a schedule of the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance items for all auxiliary systems.
• Participate with the customer in the transportation of assets from the Taiwan Port of Entry, keeping daily records, generating reports, and participating in inspections.
• Provide a monthly report of maintenance duties performed.
• Maintain inventory control.
• Support basic operations and maintenance of the warehouse facility.
• Maintain inventory logs, records, and reports.
• Respond to Facility Alarms.
• Perform random inspections of end item usage and report findings to Program Manager.
• Update and maintain the security system specifically the open options and vanguard software.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience to include:
• Managing secret-level facility access
• Experience troubleshooting, programming, and repairing CCTV, intrusion detection, and electronic surveillance systems, also but not limited to updating and maintaining Open Options software as well as the Vanguard monitoring system
• Experience with bio-metric electronics and software
• Facility Management, including but not limited to the following:
• Electrical system: repair/replacement
• Emergency generator: refill/repair/replacement
• Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems: refill/repair/replacement
• Miscellaneous maintenance: grounds and pest control
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must not maintain dual citizenships
• Secret clearance required
• The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• 3+ years of related experience in Aviation Parts Inventory and Facility Management.
• Experience to include:
• Managing inventory control of classified aviation parts, preferably F-16.
• Experience with cable splicing.
• Ability to work in a foreign country.
• Knowledge of requirements of NISPOM (5-306 and 5-800).
• Working knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to be on call and respond within one hour if an intrusion detection alarm is detected.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Database management skills preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone.
