Organization & Role
The Multilane Field Applications team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, driven Field Application Engineer who will work collaboratively with the team as well as independently to determine and develop imaginative, thorough, and practical application solutions.

Responsibilities.
Perform project engagement assessment; Support customer on ATE test hardware and software project development requirements.
Perform project management, manage project schedules, and keep customers informed of the project status.
Perform Test Hardware design, schematic capture, component placement, and routing when needed.
Perform test software development, perform test product debugging, correlation, and manufacturing yield improvement support.
Develop and implement application test plans approval based on customer requirements.
Possess the ability to debug, analyze, and interprets test data, and collaborate with customers and internal team to address the issues.
Supports on-site installation of ATE and measurement equipment.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
Degree in BS/MS in EE is preferred, with 3 years or more relevant experience.
Experience in High-Speed Serdes application and testing, will be a plus.
Knowledge of PCB CAD design tools and C++ programming.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fast learner and able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, strong technical presentation skills
Comfortable with work, travels to China, Europe, and US
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers worldwide.
