Day To Day Responsibilities
  • Facility system planning, installation, commissioning and start up
  • Development and implementation project RFQ (Request for quotation), SOW (scope of work) Specification, Project schedule.
  • Development and implementation of the QA/QC plan for incoming material, test plan with vendor
  • Equipment survey and FAT (Factory acceptance test) and issue the report
  • Review and implementation JSA (SWMS) with safety team and vendor
  • Facilitate the daily construction meeting with contractor
  • Ensure the schedule includes latest plans.
  • Issue weekly/monthly report related to safety, schedule and quality for construction
  • Work with Contractor, project team, Safety team and construction leaders to address any installation issues.
  • Addressing potential Safety issues in the contractor’s Work Safe plan with creative solutions appropriate to the contractor’s capability and site’s construction practices.
  • Addressing any potential equipment damage from inappropriate move in, setting or utility hook up.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Facility Engineering, Construction Engineering, Dynamic Machinery and Engineering, or related field of study.
  • Overseas education or work experience is a plus.
Required Skills
  • Facility engineering background with 5+ years experiences in plant construction project or expansion project.
  • Design and implement facility auxiliary equipment for public works, Firefighting system, Water system, piping work, Dynamic system, Gas system etc.
  • Effective working within team and with contractors.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Knowledge of lifting work, special equipment, piping, environment, facility system, process equipment installation and hook up.
  • Knowledge of civil and structure is a plus
