• Learn how to kick off a facility expansion project and what TUM is.
• Practice the hookup works of a tool and dominating the contractors to complete them.
• Manage Tool Utility Matrix System and Calibrate TUM & TUMS.
• Seek any opportunities to reduce utility consumption of tools.
• Brainstorm policies for utility reduction/ reuse/ recycle.
