An American provisioned of scientific instrumentation, reagents and consumables, and software services.

Responsibilities

Ø Support the local Facilities and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team in Taiwan.

Ø Manages contractors and subcontracts for construction projects.

Ø Collaboration with Global Real Estate team on lease matters and project implementation.

Ø Conduct site space planning for optimization, site density, employee engagement.

Ø Drive quality delivery, productivity and cost savings of all site services including: janitorial, café, security, reception,

landscaping, and break room operations.

Experience

Ø At least 5 years of relevant work experience in facilities management.

Ø Prior work experience in a medical devise or manufacturing plant environment.

Ø Project management experience a plus.

Education

Ø Bachelor Qualifications In Facilities Management Discipline.

Ø Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, having the ability to communicate and manage expectations from

internal customers / stakeholders and external contractors.
