Job Summary:
According to the service contract and processes outlined by Herms policy, Site Manager, established and implements the on-site managing plan, leads the onsite team in a professional and proactive way to provide excellent service, ensures the service quality and improves the customer’s satisfaction, reaches and exceeds the financial and performance objectives.

Contract Management:
-Understands the contract terms, conditions, service scope and customer’s expectations at a detailed leve, makes great efforts to meet customer needs, balancing and managing expectation within contract scope.
-Directs management resources to ensure that service levels meet and/or exceed cost effective manner throughout the life of the contract
-Ensure that work performance is covered by the contract and properly reimbursed by the client
-Prepare proposals and negotiated profitable compensation for requested work outside the original contract

Client Coordination:
-Works closely with the client & customers to ensure satisfaction. Ensure the capture, understanding and management of client’s expectations in line with a detailed operational plan
-Establishes a business plan to build strategic initiatives and targets for the
client
-Periodically conducts business reviews with the client to ensure alignment
between expectations and delivery

Operational Management:
-Administers Herms policies, business procedures and standards at the account to ensure compliance within the account wide.
-Establishes procedure performance metrics; tracks, analyzes, and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction
-Shares procedure improvements with peers
-Provides the technical and management direction for all facility management service teams and taps into our resources to reduce cost and increase satisfaction
-Establishes the account safety program and ensures that all safety program goals and objectives are met/exceed.

HR Management:
-Reviews and conducts employee training development plan to facilitate development and improvement of competencies and proficiencies.
-Conducts performance reviews and goal-setting with key stie resources and each employee under the direction.
-Recruit the suitable key management staff for team with the help of HR dept.
-Establishes and leads a highly engaged account team.
-Provides succession plan.
-Provides timely and effective communications with all employees, in order
to build strong win-win relationship.
-Communicates regularly with management to share critical information.
