We are currently seeking an experienced Exosome Process Development Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing exosome production processes and will be responsible for establishing a closed Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) concentration process, developing a freeze-drying production process for exosomes, developing continuous exosome production processes, and establishing and process protocols and writing of SOPs. This position reports to the supervisor in charge.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for process development and production scale-up of exosomes.

• Establish a closed TFF concentration process.

• Develop continuous exosome production processes.

• Develop a freeze-drying production process for exosomes.

• Establish and validation of protocols and writing of SOPs.

• Provide technical training and support to production staff during the technology transfer process.

• Follow up on the investigation, establishment, implementation, and conclusion of exosome process development projects, resolve technical problems encountered during the project, promote project progress, and assist with product transformation.

• Assist with assignments given by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or related field

• Strong English reading, writing, and literature research abilities

• Experience with PICS/GMP-related practices is preferred.

• Understanding of Quality by Design (QbD) concepts.

• Familiar with exosome delivery methods, diagnosis, and therapeutic applications.

• Possess an innovative spirit and excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
