YOUR MISSION:

[ Plan, organize, and execute Retail Training courses (across 5 Training Pillars)]: 30%

1 Selling: BENICE/BEFAST service skills

2 Product Knowledge: seasonal new product, basic product knowledge

3 Brand: Puma story, Forever.Faster.

4 Leadership Skills: Puma University programs (after completed Trainer the Trainer program and certified by global training team)

5 Functional: operational related program as required

[ Field Coaching & Post-training Follow-up ]: 20%

Face-to-face in-store delivery and provide coaching feedback to O&O store management team on service excellence and spot-check of brand, product knowldege in a global expected regular time basis to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing training programs and identify areas of opportunities for development of re-training and /or enhanced training.

[ Retail Induction & on-boarding monitoring ]: 15%

Conduct new staff Induction Training and monitor on-boarding process of them throughout required induction period.

[ Support field operations teams & wholesale sell-out team ]: 10%

Work with O&O/partner store management teams to identify training needs and tools necessary and in co-facilitation of company training programs as required by the Assistant Manager of Training for developing the level of store associates skills and knowledge.

[ Global E-learning program ]: 10%

Ensure e-learning program is translated in local language and utilized in stores and track utilization and effectiveness of the programs.

[ Mystery Shopper program ]: 10%

Own and maintain the responsibility for local Mystery Shopper program and track compliance within agreed upon timeframes. Work with field team based on results to come out and follow-up plan.

[ Co-work with global training team ]: 5%

Collaborate with fellow training team members for developing global projects, networking, and sharing of knowledge.

YOUR TALENT:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field is required
  • 1-2 years of training and people development experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
  • Experience in managing a team of people is a plus
  • PC Skills: MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including English at a business level
  • Travel to stores, appropriate meetings and events (approximately up to 50% travel time)
  • International travel to attend global annual summit/training workshop
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in delivering sales, service and product training within a retail environment
  • Proven interpersonal and team management skills
  • Project Management skills
