Drive country relevant assortments to optimize the local product efficiency and market opportunity while maximizing brand (20%)Task 3: Assortment Planning - based on store zoning to provide the quantified buying strategy which aligns with marketing highlight and brand image (10%)Task 4: Cooperate with cross-function to optimize the product range plan to fulfill consumer need (10%)Task 5: Individually responsible for RTF , Golf , TeamSport , ACC and FOC & BFO buying plan (10%)Task 6: Assist the superior to deliver efficient and accurate tasks within deadline irregularly (20%)Task 7: Assist to re-calculate ( adjust original distribution) monthly new product to shops base on the newest situation. (10%)Task 8: Ensure inventory level are maintained in line with budget, OTB, and sell-through targets. (10%)YOUR TALENT:

• 3+ years experiences in retail buy of international Company.
• Knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred.
• Microsoft Office applications advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Superior command of English language.
• Analytical and logical thinking.
• Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented.
• Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Strong communication skills
