ERM is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant, Product Stewardship who is interested in participating on a variety of projects covering the full spectrum of ERM’s services. The role will be based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• 70% of time designated to chemical registration service
• 30% of time designated to Phase I ESA, audit, site support, general EHS Consulting services, training and etc.
• Client management and project management for product stewardship service, including consortium management, joint registration management, registration dossier preparation;
• Handle client inquiries on regulatory services;
• Manage regulatory projects;
• Work with the Partners, Principal Consultant and Business Development in marketing and client facing activities;
• Monitor, interpret, communicate, and assess business impact of product compliance regulations for the clients.
  

Requirements

• Master or PhD degree in Toxicology, Public Health, Pharmacy, Chemical Sciences or Engineering, Environmental Science or Engineering or related discipline;
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferred to be in consultancy with relevant project experiences in chemical regulatory service, product stewardship, EHS permitting, EHS management system, compliance audit, with cross-practices of experiences as a plus (such as Phase I EHS Due Diligence and Phase II Site Investigation, and other relevant experiences);
• Have good knowledge about chemical management and registration;
• Excellent in communication and coordination;
• Experienced in small to medium scale of project management;
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
• Possess prior exposure to proposal and client management as a plus;
• Ability to travel, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
