Description

Purpose

Promotes, design-in and sells Molex range of products.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Focus on demand creation to maximum Molex share in target account.
  • Maintain the business opportunity to make sure a successfully design-win in new project.
  • Able to work with global team to align the project to make sure the maximum win in business.
  • Collect customer/competitor information, regular update to internal team.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update the upside opportunity and downside risk with detail information
  • Work closely and communicate well with CSR in order expediting to ensure the highest customer service is put to the targeted customers to meet Product Division at lowest cost
Scope

Revenue is varied by individual Sales, could range from 1M USD to 45MUSD per year

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, or Engineering are preferred, other disciplines would be considered if relevant experience possessed.
  • 5-year experiences for customer demand management With the experience to handle for Tier-1 ODM customer, like Quanta/Wiwynn/Wistron/Inventec.
  • Familiar with connector / DATACOM industry is preferred Adaptive, proactive, personality with problem solving mind-set
  • Build good rapport with customers at all level.
  • Good English ability, business talk and written is mandatory.
