Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Experience working on consumer electronics or accessories.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in creation of specifications, design targets and Key performance indicatorc (KPIs) to define high-performing products.
• Knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes and operations planning.
• Understanding of plastic injection molding for high-volume consumer products, ideally phone cases or related products.
• Ability to build great working relationships with peers across functions and poses a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication skills and people management skills to advocate initiatives internally and externally.
  
  

About The Job

In this role, you will be our key stakeholder to lead a complex cross-functional team through the New Product Introduction (NPI) phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy, planning and development execution for Pixel Phone Cases and Ecosystem Products.
• Develop and Implement complex processes from the first principles and work with the manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate with teams in APAC and US.
• Lead across engineering teams and operation partners to get the defined, designed, built and validated on time, while meeting schedule, cost, features and quality requirements.
