- 該職位的主要職責是監督所有電工團隊,並確保在分配的任務期間生產、技術和生產效率的質量都是最優的。該職位負責保持生產線運作,執行所有電氣/電子維護/維修工作,並在需要時負責與工程部門聯繫/協調任何電氣/電子維護或維修問題。該職位負責分享所有相關的SOP和程序,以指導和培訓初級和團隊成員。他/她負責通過適當的指導、培訓、工作分配和績效管理來管理和改進所有電工,以使用IWS方法在工作單元中提供高質量的產品和最佳生產效率。
- 管理及監督MP電控人員之產線運作,負責有效率之管理員工工作績效及機台運轉時間,及時完成生產工作且維護產線工作紀律。持續地監督管理捲包生產流程且協調各生產班別之所有生產活動;依照生產計劃執行並完成工作任務並隨時更催了解進度。
- 考量所屬人員之需求管理休假計畫。
- 制定相關管理文件:計算工時,包含出勤表、加班等
- 主導日常班別交接事宜、產線相關活動 (例如: Brand Change, Clean-Inspect-Lubricate,盤點)及產線會議以達成班別及生產重要活動計畫。
- 根據IWS的方法和規範,制定並執行相關文件以達成指派之工作任務,及產線操作相關之品質管理系統文件,並視工作內容及時更新;負責並確保所屬人員遵守相關程序。
- 參與故障缺失及客訴之根本原因分析相關工作,積極地主導品質及效率改善領域相關的所有行動
- 負責生產捲包的電控相關運作,保養及穩定運作。主導負責電控相關之改善計畫並負責達成捲包績效目標。同時必須根據現有電控人員的技術能力,安排訓練以持續提升技術能力.
- 負責特定工作環境符合法令規定之相關工作(確保正確工作條件)。執行工廠安全規定,配合EHS單位查檢及確保同仁員具備安全意識及遵守安全規定。負責生產單位設備之清潔標準,管理所有生產相關設備時,視執行5S3R、員工工作守則為 "日常工作準則(way of life)"。
- 明白工作潛在風險危害、瞭解並採取相關預防措施以確保工作安全暨衛生
- 依循JTI對工作危害的職安準則要求、恪守相關職安法令/法規,並配合對現有工作環境的持續改善與優化。
- 展現安全行為,主動呈報主管職安意外、虛驚事故、未規範到之不安全情況與行為。採取對應措施以消弭上述事宜。
- 招募,激勵和指導直接和間接向當事人報告的團隊的專業發展。
- 根據直屬主管的指示完成任務和專案。
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics
- At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor in production departments, international companies, or production plants.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Electrician
- Intermediate knowledge of English and PC knowledge (Office programs).
- Excellent Chinese communication and Basic English communication skills
- The main job is to supervise all electrician teams and ensure production, technical, and quality efficiency of production run during assigned tasks. The incumbent is responsible for keeping the lines operational, performing all electric/electronic maintenance/repair works, and in case of need responsible for contacting/coordinating any kind of electric/electronic maintenance or repair issues with the Engineering Department. Responsible for sharing all related SOPs and procedures to coach and train junior and team members. He/ she is responsible for managing and improving all electricians through proper coaching, training, job allocation, and performance management to deliver high-quality products with optimal production efficiency using IWS methodology in the work cell.
- Manages and supervises Electricians on the day-to-day job, responsible for effective management and performance of employee work and machine run-time, timely completion of production tasks, and maintaining work discipline in the course of the production line. Provides constant supervision over the Make & Pack Manufacturing processing and coordinates activities in the area, commissions tasks for particular processes according to production plans, and checks their status.
- Develops team schedule of taking into consideration the business and employee’s needs. Responsible for team’s management documentation calculates employees’ work time including attendance lists, overtime, etc.
- Leads daily shift handover, line activities (ex Brand Change, Clean-Inspect-Lubricate, stock count) & line meeting to agree on shift and day priorities planned
- According to IWS methodology and guidelines, develops and implements documentation relevant to completing assigned tasks, along with quality system documentation in the operation field, taking into consideration updates of the documents; responsible for subordinate personnel’s compliance with implemented procedures.
- Participates in cause analyses of deficiencies and complaints, proactively initiates action, and actively participates in quality and efficiency improvement in a subordinate area.
- Take responsibility for Production electric performance, stability, maintenance & runability. Drives improvement plan for area & responsible for production target. Also, identify the gap for development among electricians & plan for development.
- Responsible for compliance with specific work environments (assurance of proper work conditions). Enforces factory safety rules, inspects and guarantees employees’ awareness and abidance by the safety rules in coordination with the EHS Department. Responsible for production facilities housekeeping standards – 5S3R code of conduct implementation as a “way of life” in all production-related facilities.
- Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep the workplace healthy and safe.
- Ensure compliance with the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well and cooperate on the continuous improvement process.
- Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to the supervisor, and carry out any measures to eliminate them.
- Recruit, motivate, and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics
- At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor in production departments, international companies, or production plants.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Electrician
- Intermediate knowledge of English and PC knowledge (Office programs).
