ALES ASIA was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Our factory is located in the Taichung Science Park in Taiwan and it has class 1000 and 100 cleanroom (192 m2) and ISO 9001 certificates.

We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC & HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA’s customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. We strives for continuous improvement in terms of product quality, production capacity and services. We will alway be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.

To lead product transfer on electrical subjects and collaborate with the cross functions Engineering team. To adopt in localization design , best practice and continuous improvement with and to work with specific customer demands (technical review).

And make sure the product transfer and manufacture are smoothly deployed and comply with regulation/guidance and lean mindsets.

ALES ASIA為全球特殊氣體輸送設備需求，提供經過驗證、可靠且經濟高效的解決方案，不論是氣櫃，還是閥門歧管箱。我們還擁有內部的歧管和控制器PLC和HMI設計的客製化服務，確保滿足客戶對操作界面的偏好。法液空的客戶遍布全球，為客戶生產的氣體設備廣泛應用於半導體代工廠、面板廠、LED廠、太陽能廠、實驗室、學校…等應用領域。

• Undertake circuit design-related compliance for new product introduction requirements. Comparing existing designs and using parts, providing solutions for importing localized production with the best cost and manufacturing efficiency. 承接新產品導入需求的電路設計相關合規性。比對現有的設計、使用零部件，提供導入本地化生產最佳成本與製造效率的解決方案。
• In the stage of new product introduction. You are responsible for the communication and confirmation of all electrical material specifications, including clarification and co-working with suppliers and corresponding windows for original transfer. 新產品導入階段，負責所有電料規格的溝通與確認，包含與供應商和原移轉對應窗口的澄清與合作。
• Cooperate with a third-party certification company to be responsible for the confirmation of circuit design and regulatory compliance in product certification activities such as SEMI S2 or TS certificates of the product. 與第三方認證公司合作，負責該產品的SEMI S2或TS證書等產品認證活動中屬於電路設計、法規合規性的確認。
• Keep process documentation up-to-date and consistent (Wiring diagram , BOM , specification sheets, design documentation).Responsible for these documents for internal or external submission correctness. 確保文檔保持最新和一致（接線圖、物料清單、規格表、設計文檔）。對這些文檔的內部或外部提交的正確性負責。
• Provide electrical/control engineering expertise across various product lines and sites 提供跨各種產品線和站點的電氣/控制工程專業知識。
• Temporary tasks assigned by the manager in response to the company’s development needs 因應公司發展需求，主管臨時交辦事項。
  
  

Are you a MATCH?

• Above 3 years in Electronic control automation, Electrical Engineering, Process Control, or related fields. 3年以上、電控自動化、電氣工程、製程控制或相關領域。
• Experience in working with P&ID and various instruments (PT/PS/Scale…etc.). 使用 P&ID 的與多樣的感知器經驗。
• Working knowledge of PLC and HMI control systems. PLC和HMI控制系統的應用知識
• Demonstrated project planning and management expertise展示專案規劃和管理專業知識。
• 乙/丙級工業配線技術士。
  
  

Others:

• Knowledge of Ex-proof protection (NEC500, ATEX, IECEx) is preferred 具防爆設計相關知識為佳。
• EPLAN Electric capability is a must . Harness ProD 3D/ Pro panel 3D is preferred.
• Knowledge on Fluid properties and delivery is preferred. 具流體性質和輸送的知識為佳。
