Responsibilities:

• Design and define project specific EHS plan and master programs to meet local and Exyte requirements including Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Liaise with EHS team to form an integrated collaboration for uniform EHS execution.
• Work with Project Manager to define annual EHS objectives and targets.
• Drive work/ construction stage specific EHS programs to drive continual improvement.
• Implements Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Plan for construction and commissioning.
• Conduct Safety Induction Course (SIC) to all site personnel.
• Train site personnel in EHS procedures and work practices.
• Management of project Permit to work system.
• Train site personnel in evacuation procedures
• Audit site for compliance to EHS procedures and work practices.
• Conduct internal and joint review with on Project EHS management system and performance.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• Safety/ Engineering disciplines.
• With Safety certificate Level A.
• Experienced in high-tech. FAB projects, and fast-tracking working environment are preferred.
• Bilingual required - English & Chinese
