It isn’t a question.Are you looking for an opportunity to support communities within Haleon by providing advice, training, and inspections for Environment, Health and Safety? If so, this is the role for you.As Environment, Health and Safety Staff you will be responsible for supporting the Environment, Health and Safety team to deliver general safety and ergonomic support to the Research and Development business. You will support the office communities by training and supporting DSE Facilities, conducting inspections and sharing metrics.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

• Support workplace assessments and provide advice to minimize risk associated with workstations/ computer.
• Support Employee Health and Safety Committee meeting.
• Plan and conduct audits and inspections and tracking actions to completion.
• Support the investigation of incidents related to workstations, ergonomics, and development of controls to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and review documents integral to the Environment Health and Safety management system including third party vendor submission and selection.
• Generate metrics used to monitor the Environment, Health and Safety management system.
• Develop and deliver learning activities.
• Participate in the preparation, planning and delivery of Environment, Health and Safety awareness and promotional events.
• Provide administrative support to include acting as superuser for Concur, myLearning, and CERPS.

Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• High School Diploma
• NEBOSH Certification
• 2+ years’ experience supporting an Environment, Health and Safety office

Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Communication skills
• Administrative skills
• Ability to provide competent advice to the business
• Knowledge of legislation and tools available to support managers
• Knowledge of Haleon systems and ways or working
