The Role

• This role is responsible for implementing and continuously improving EHS programs to achieve full compliance with all applicable regulations and Entegris Corporate EHS requirements. Besides, this individual will function as part of site management team to work collaboratively with Entegris Corporate EHS to identify, prevent and resolve potential EHS issues.
• This position is located at KSP-S (KSP South Plant in Kaohsiung Science Park).
  
  

In This Role You Will

• Apply and renew EHS permits, plans and files the needed statutory report for KSP site construction and operation.
• Conduct contractor management program of Entegris, identify and eliminate hazards and potential risks in the workplace.
• Perform ISO 14001/45001 system management related work including document compiling, on-site inspection and auditing.
• Maintain compliance with national and local environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Lead the implementation and validation of Entegris Corporate EHS requirements
• Provide EHS guidance and compliance support to management team to ensure compliance with regulatory & Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and programs.
• Drive improvements in organizational EHS culture, awareness, and accountability.
• Conduct incident / accident investigations and develop corrective and preventative action plans.
• Organize site employee EHS training, lead EHS audits, and maintain EHS records.
• This role mainly covers KSP campus and report directly to KSP EHS Manager.
  
  

Traits We Believe Make a Strong Candidate

• Bachelor/master’s degree in safety, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 10+ years’ experience on managing EHS compliance and/or programs in multinational companies
• Labor safety/hygiene manager or administrator and related license for air pollution, wastewater, toxic and concerned chemical substances, waste handling is preferred
• Compliance experience with EHS regulations, ISO14001 & 45001, RBA, customer audit, etc
• Proven project and program management skills
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships
• Knowledge of PHA(PSM), RCA, JSA, LOTO, Arc Flash, area classification, etc
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS-Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
