Audio Data Collection Project for Chinese Speakers in Taiwan

Ready to hit the ground running and work with a leading technology provider and improve alarm recognition.

This project requires a collection of audio recordings from home/ residential smoke alarms and CO alarms. We are looking for natural home environments and real-life alarm triggers.

Requirements

• Must own or have access to a working home smoke alarm and/ or CO alarm
• Comfortable in setting the alarm off in real environment setting; recordings are 10 seconds in length

Please follow the steps below on how to apply for the project:

2. Choose Chinese (Taiwan) as your primary language and the United States as your country.

3. Complete the Registration page and click the Submit Application button to create your account

4. Once your account has been created, click the ’All Projects’ Tab and look for this project.

5. Choose the "Apply" button to start your qualification for the project.
