Job Description- Develops and manages internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies.
- Partners with a diverse stakeholder base to lead and develop multiyear commodity strategies based on business/market intelligence, longterm analysis of the category/commodity and the supply ecosystem.
- Acquires and maintains industry, market and technical knowledge of commodities.
- Leads supplier sourcing, selection and performance management.
- Negotiates purchasing contracts, statement of works and pricing for goods and/or services.
- Drives cost saving opportunities in partnership with suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- May develop new supply chain models for new or existing products or services.
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or a related field of study.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.5 years of relevant experience negotiating contracts and managing suppliers or working in distribution.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and MandarinKnowledge of IT/PC ecosystem and supply chain operation
- Knowledge of Distributor operation and execution.

- Strong project/process management, business analysis, problem solving, and consensus building.
- Skills to work effectively in a multicultural team environment and to support multiple concurrent projects/ activities.
- Strong communication and influencing skills. Able to present to senior management and move them to action.
- Education or certification in a Supply Chain Management or Purchasing Management field.
- MBA degree
- Experience on leading and conducting partner audit process.
