Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Work with Micron leadership team to define and drive business goals to meet corporate objectives.
  • Develop the Strategy/Vision/Mission/Goal of the RAM division and lead the team to accomplish.
  • Collaborate with central teams and other Fabs to drive for inline visibility, control system standardization and BKM to ensure product quality.
  • Establish key datasets for operational controls to drive down manufacturing cost, improve manufacturing cycle time, product yield and quality.
  • Understand and lead efforts to meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Work with PI/PEE/ME/YE /PFA to deliver solution of potential detection gaps and setup robust defense line.
  • Partner with QE to improve and enhance Quality related topics such as FMEA/RMA issue.
  • Engage with suppliers to address issues of delivery, quality, performance to meet TTS (Time To Solution) requirement
  • Lead technology transfer in RAM between TD, TTC and DRAM network.
  • Oversee technical and career development of RAM team through the area leadership and ensure succession plans for all key department positions.

Education

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience of Engineering related field of study

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of senior management or equivalent level of experience
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processes and RDA/Metrology tools
  • Strong and systematic organizational skills
  • Excellent communications with all levels including site internal and external leadership team
  • Proven ability to identify, understand and mitigate risk before making critical decisions.
