What You Will Be DoingYou will be responsible for building an engineering technology team to lead architecture, design, and prototyping for all display technology aspects of next generation TV products. In this role, you will be working closely with industry partners and ODMs and material vendors to achieve this. You will have strong management and leadership skills and are a technology expert in all relevant areas required for a TV Display (open cell, LCM, LED, film structure, optics, BLU, panel, raw materials, etc). Using your network, together with technology partners and panel makers, you will set the direction for advanced LCD display technologies, in open cell, color filters, backlight, film stack, quantum dots, etc.We’re excited if you have

• 15+ years of display and LCD experience with having had leadership roles in LCD display designs for TVs
• Track record in building and leading a Display Technology Team with proof-points deployed in mass production
• Worked in engineering roles involving LCM Open Cell, Color filter and panel CoF driver ICs
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to adjust the presentation to the target audience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English languages
• Extensive technology partner, industry, and university network in the relevant domains
• Excellent understanding of the cost structure of all components of a TV display and new technologies which can be beneficial to cost reduction
• Track record of participating in industry conferences, and having a good understanding of display related technology trends
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar Engineering Major
