主要職掌 Major Function：

Manage digital transformation projects and platforms All positions will be part of the Digital Program and Platform Team. Each team member will be 100% responsible for each’s own work/portfolio. Our team is very flat, made up with talented individual contributors.

工作項目 Job Contents：

• Ensure project deliveries - Group Lead for Websites: Coordination between functions, vendors, and subsidiaries for website deliveries and management.
• Group Lead for Digital Platform Projects: Enhance E2E Digitalize Consumer Journeys
• Platform Strategy: Research best practices to improve platforms (websites and apps)
  

經驗條件 Experience：

• Trackable records of above mentioned goals, knowledge and skills.
• Experience with building a community of stakeholders for decision making and buy-in
• Technical Project Management experience preferred but non-technical Business Project Management experience is fine too
• Industry experience in either banking or securities
• Taiwan market experiences
  

專業知識技能 Professional Knowledge and Skill：

• Ability to research, plan, and provide strategies and roadmap for digital platforms
• Ability to synthesize requirements and define key metrics
• Ability to assess new opportunities and development alignment around them
• Ability to gather buy-in from key stakeholders
