Objective of the position

1 Execute key campaigns and new product launch to drive brand awareness. Develop contents to best communicate with target audiences

2 Manage online & offline channels’ e-commerce platform graphic design and product display

3 Execute influencer placement and design social program to explore the opportunities of product exposure

4 Monitor social buzz and execute related initiatives

5 Manage search engine marketing, develop optimization plans to achieve KPIs

6 Manage assigned digital owned media.

7 Other marketing projects support (including digital and non-digital)

Education

• Bachelor degree or above

Experience

• 6+ years of working experience and at least 3 years in digital marketing.

• Experience managing digital paid media campaigns. Understanding of advertising KPIs and evaluation of media performance.

• Experience managing visual material development and website content creation. Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus.

• Experience in search engine marketing with solid knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms. Google AdWords Certification is a plus.

• Experience in influencer marketing.

Specific knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.

• Experience collaborating with agencies and other vendors.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Other requirements

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage and execute multiple projects

• Highly effective on English and Mandarin oral and written communication. Ability to communicate professionally.

• Fit to the BSH organization / Marketing team

• Winning personality. Self-driven and take initiative. Able to lead or work in a team.

• Commitment to BSH Compliance

• Able to travel locally and overseas.

• Computer skills in MS office
