Digital Communication Manager Job Description

The DCM is responsible for the daily brand social platform management and brand social calendar execution. This job also requests basic photo/video editing skill to support social post creation.

Brand Social Platform Management (FB/IG)

· FB consumer enquiry management & handling (day in-out)

· Copy writing & post development /upload

· Brand social calendar execution

Drive Brand Social Platform Engagement

· Contribute to brand content generation to improve Social Platform engagement

Social Post Creation & Submission

· Adapt brand content and assets to fit for TW social platform use

· Support social post creation

Requirement

· Understand social landscape and consumer social insights

· Great communications and production-know-how skills to engage with consumers in social media

· Great storytelling skills to produce social post

· At least 1~2 years of related experience in digital communications, social media or media communications

Bonus Skill

· Photoshop/illustrator

· Photo shooting

· Basic video editing skills
