JR41835 Department Clerk

Administrative Support: Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Researches, compiles and proof reads documents, etc. Operates automated office equipment. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.

• Manage MTB FG and TCP2 FG operation.
• Manage and improve storage bin.
• Manage ESD operation (SD card split/CLS/Relabel) and packing line.
• Support supervisor to improve MTB FG and TCP2 FG layout.
• Administrative Support: Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details.
• May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail.
• Researches, compiles and proof reads documents, etc.
• May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
• Weekend and holiday support is required.
• Work location: MTB and TCP2.
