SPTS is headquartered and has its main manufacturing facility in Newport, UK, with additional manufacturing in Allentown, Pennsylvania. SPTS operates across 19 countries in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, and offers comprehensive service and spare parts support through a worldwide network of service centers and qualified local agents.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryEnsure on-time contract and spare parts booking process. Be responsible for the quotation, acceptance and billing process is compliance with Global and legal request.System operation: Utilize standard system to organize the required data, and follow the process to categorize order, quotation, billing, invoice and required information. Service contract, system upgrade, billable case and spare parts, and new tool acceptance data update/maintenance by SAP system.Communication: Functional team which can communicate well internally with logistic, finance and sales teams to deliver proper solution timely. Smooth communication skill with customer for payment, invoice, and billingJob Level FactorsJob Complexity:Involve directing a moderate set of duties that differ in nature. This requires time spending in thinking to communicate effectively what the requirements are. Some judgment in assigning and directing tasks is involved.
