Roles & Responsibility

Web Enabling Development & Server Administration

1. Develop and maintain systems including requirement evaluation, development, QA, production, maintenance (bug/issues fix), troubleshoot / validation (CAT/UAT)

2. Technology Training Portals (ITTP)

a. Customer Technical Training Portal (CTT)

b. Training Reporting Tool

c. ITTC Room Booking System

d. Event Registration Site3.

3. Manage DB update/sync cloud server & reporting tool

4. Administrate system servers and virtual machines

5. Support RDC and its back-up development including customer request (access control).

6. Support other training automation needs by request.
