• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Taking meeting minutes
• Arranging both internal and external events
• Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
• Prepares, submits and administers the required documents of import/export for product custom clearance.
• Enters and manages export authorization submissions & revenue forecast in the company management system.
• Maintains export related record keeping functions as required by company policy.
• Good communication skills with supporting regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  

• Requires a college or above degree
• 1 year above of experience or equivalent related work experience
• Good written, verbal communication in English
