The PositionThe Customer Partnerreports to the Territory Lead of Diabetes Care .This is position for sell and promote RDC products in assigned areas including hospitals, GPs, patient clubs, medical device shops and pharmacies to achieve sales and related KPI and ensures the achievement of the Company’s sales and profit goals by placing customers at the centre of everything we do.主要工作職責Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Ensure strong customer engagement through exceptional customer experiences. Accountable for managing customer relationships and lifecycle by ensuring their needs are properly understood and addressed with Roche Diabetes Care solutions
  • Lead the development and implementation of solution-based sales strategies while ensuring the sharp execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize our solutions’ market penetration and market share growth
  • Responsible for all sales channels; i.e. hospitals, clinics, retail, corporate sales, etc. in the Sales Chapter. This necessitates very close collaborations with the Key Account and Partner Management team to expand our market coverage and efficiently influence customers’ buying decisions
  • Work collaboratively with other internal functions to successfully drive commercial initiatives
  • Achieve sales target and KPI of the assigned territories and channels Expand RDC product penetration to potential GPs with high PwDs cases and acquire HFT( T1, T2 insulin, and GDM)
  • Accelerate product off-take and manage customer inventory
  • Comply with the regulations on business visit schedule and customer visits quantities
  • Secure Accu-Chek market share in responsible HCP, retail sector and T1 PwDs market Implement marketing programs and customer service with quality and ensure the program objectives achieved
  • Build a strong relationship with HCP and trade and motivate them to endorse and sell RDC products instead of competitors Collect competitor intelligence and develop counter actions.
  • Provide required reports on-time and accurately Ensure the arranged visit itineraries to execute correctly.
