Serve as the main point of contact for external clients, address various documentation and procedural matters.

Utilize excellent communication skills to maintain effective relationships with external clients and internal teams.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Assist the coordinator in data analysis tasks, requiring proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Meeting and activity arrangement
  • Administrative work for daily operation
  • Maintenance and application of various permissions
  • Demonstrate the ability to consolidate and plan data effectively.
  • Commit to a minimum of 2.5 days per week at the company.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Skills
