Main Responsibilities

  • Execute operations such as SAP system operations, work order variance analysis, new product standard cost issuance, and system monthly closing
  • Manage the relationship between cost centers and work centers, and maintain apportionment cycles and rates to correctly reflect product costing
  • Participate in standard cost budgeting operations and perform two-phase variance analysis
  • Manage material changes and variance costs, including scrapping, rework, re-evaluation and other operations
  • Provide accurate and timely analysis reports for management decision-making
  • Execute improvement cost analysis, production process optimization and support various cost analysis
  • Cooperate with accountants to audit related operations

Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with ERP and SAP system
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis
  • Experienced in Manufacturing cost analysis is preferred
