Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver Training Excellence

  • Provide top-notch, customized training courses to corporate clients, both online and in-person
  • Focus on improving trainees’ performance in their respective work environments through professional skills and language training
  • Offer real work coaching and facilitate workshops to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Provide individual feedback and coaching sessions to address performance gaps
  • Analyze various trainee needs and offer suitable developmental solutions promptly
  • Regularly provide feedback on trainee performance
  • Engage in continuous trainer development activities
  • Ensure trainee language and skills development is demonstrated in assessment scenarios
  • Collaborate with colleagues to co-deliver workshop content effectively

Conduct Efficient Assessment And Admin

  • Engage in ongoing negotiations with trainees to generate formative assessment reports
  • Produce accurate and well-formatted formative reports for client evaluation
  • Create precise, well-formatted course plans tailored to company and client standards
