Job Descriptions

1. Lead the efforts in developing creative assets catering to CyberLink’s millions of Video/Photo Creators. Creative assets include AI-generated content, animated effects and stickers, captivating templates, titles & transitions, and various styles of artistic creation.

2. Manage both internal Content Design team & external outsourced creators to maximize Content Creation while making sure the best quality overall.

3. Working closely with the Data Analysis team to well understand consumer insights for all Content creation.

4. Build and develop a Content Design team and keep pushing for better Design quality

Job Requirements

1. At least 10 years of experience in Strategic Design with demonstrated success, preferably coming from the IT/Software industry.

2. Minimum 6 years of experience managing design/planning teams, leading design strategy,

and execution.

3. Problem-solving thinking and intense concept ideation.

4. Excellent design skills with solid design background and concept exploration.

5 Strong leadership skills required. “Change” mindset required.
