Job Summary:

- This brand communication specialist will be responsible for proposing and executing marketing strategies (branding and product/content communication) to meet company business objectives.

- The position will implement marketing branding plan and changes as needed. Oversees all marketing, branding, advertising, promotional and campaign activities

- Leads the Automotive Aftermarket brand communication efforts with a customer/sales-centric approach

Roles and Responsibilities:

Branding and marketing communication

• Develop brand communication strategies together with marketing manager to enhance company brand awareness, interest and position.

• Define marketing communication goals, objectives and KPIs. Regular track progress, effectiveness and performance.

• Execute B2B/B2B2C marketing communications strategy with marketing tactics and platform (SoM, SEM, SEO, youtube, KOL, roadshow… included but not limited), use data and figure proven effectiveness of marketing tactics.

• Conduct market research, customer and competitor analysis to identify (a)opportunities and develop effective marketing communication tactics (b)non-competing partner and cooperation.

Content creation and management

• Develop and execute content strategies to support product/service communication objective/initiatives

• Cooperate with external agency and internal regional communication team to create/local adoption communication content material.

Event + internal communication, PR

• Execute and manage events, including trade shows, conference and other marketing event.

• Regular communication role in APAC countries and implement internal communication to secure TW team visibility in APAC region.

Others

• Support implement and continuously improve UX/effectiveness on digital offer toward customers, including Line@, Royalty program app.

• Manage marketing budget with on schedule and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above with 3 years working experience, with experience in branding and communication

- Experience in developing and implement B2B or B2B2C marketing strategies

- Results proven digital Marketing initiative driven strategies

- Comprehensive media knowledge across modern reaching channels

- Strong communication and collaboration skill

- Able to collaboration and drive internal customer, agency to ensure implement of communication activities

- Experience in brand communication and digital marketing

- Customer oriented, open minded, good at numbers
