We’re looking for someone to join our Business Development team to create long-term, strategic relationships with potential tenants. This role will be part of ALP Malaysia team, the position liaises between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs.

What you will do...

1. Research on and understand the ff. in order to develop a solid client base:

-Warehousing and logistics market

-Logistics automation market

-ALP’s product offering and value proposition

2. Keep informed on market trends and competitor offerings

3. Prepare suitable comprehensive materials for client pitches and precisely deliver the same to clients

4. Lead the client from the first pitching to successful deal closing

5. Build strong client relationships and maintain existing clients/ acquire new clients

6. Source and generate new leads through calls, emails, networking events, or partnerships with external stakeholders

7. Collect client requirements and ensure that all of their needs are addressed

8. Negotiate lease terms with clients and follow through to execute agreements

9. Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

10. Serve as the lead point of contact for client account management concerns

11. Liaise and work cooperatively with internal cross-department teams to ensure the solutions fulfill clients’ requests

12. Support local marketing/ public relations efforts as needed

Must have...

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

2. 5+/2+ years of Leasing Consultant or Business Development
