About Our Client

Job Description

The CFO is also expected to set up Family Investment Office and its financial reporting/

accounting/control system for its international PE and financial investment portfolio and

• Manage external relationships with international counter-parties/banks/brokers, vendors,
  
  

custodians, law firms, and external consultants.

• Manage and be responsible for all investment related and entity level compliance matters and
  
  

reporting

• Implement investment related operations activities including portfolio administration, valuations
  
  

reconciliations, performance and P&L reporting, liquidity management, investment compliance

and regulatory monitoring

• Responsible for financial reporting, audits, and perform planning, budgeting and analysis.
• Work with the external legal and Investment team on investment structure, agreements and
  
  

contract negotiation

• Work with external professional tax & legal advisors on tax related investment issues in both
  
  

public and private securities markets

The Successful Applicant

• 具投資或產業分析相關工作經驗5年以上者佳(包括創投業、證券承銷、銀行授信、產業研究、投資部門等相關經驗)
• 熟悉投資案規劃流程、評估與財務模型建置
• 主動積極、溝通能力佳，具職業道德、敬業精神與團隊合作精神
• 具帶領團隊經驗者
• 具產業人脈者佳
