Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in software development
• Experience coding in C/C++
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working on camera areas
• Experience with Unix/Linux platform, and Android
• Experience with Camera hardware abstraction layer (HAL) infrastructure
• Experience in development of drivers
• Experience with software development for mobile phone, tablet, or embedded system

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate features, and optimize memory and power for product excellence.
• Collaborate with hardware teams on camera module bring-up.
• Deliver camera drivers to interact with hardware components and image processor.
• Work on camera software stacks, including camera framework, camera HAL Interface Design Language (HIDL), camera HAL, and low level driver control.
• Debug for general camera system health problems.
