Job Description:

• Processing Purchase Requisition & issue of Purchase Orders.
• Follow up supplier fulfillment performance and also work on AP issue.
• Review Open PO status, managing part/component shortage, lead time, quality related issues and expediting as needed.
• Maintaining suppliers’ data and department KPIs.
• Building effective working relationships with suppliers, internal customers and other cross-functional departments.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in procurement functions.
• Acquire basic communication skill in English (read, write, & listen)
• Acquire knowledge of MS office, excel and PowerPoint.
• A team player.
• Acquire basic problem solving and troubleshooting skill.
• Experienced in managing supplier and negotiating contract.
• Able to manage stakeholders and work under pressure.
