General Summary
Identifies, develops, and implements process improvement initiatives or solutions designed to enhance data collection, system, and process performance. Creates scalable, efficient, and flexible business designs that balance people, process, and systems. Measures and reviews data and performance metrics on an ongoing basis to identify and resolve issues. Drives solution deployment across the organization including documentation and user training.
The Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Works under some supervision.
- Provides some supervision/guidance to other members; does not have direct reports.
- Decisions are moderate in nature. Errors are detected and corrected with relatively minor financial impact or effect on projects, operations, or customer relationships. May require involvement beyond immediate work group to correct.
- Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey information that may be somewhat complex to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject in question. Role may require basic negotiation and influence, cooperation, tact, and diplomacy, etc.
- Works within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department. Erroneous decisions, failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules and result in the re-allocation of some resources.
- Most tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively; mistakes may result in some rework.
- Creativity is needed to draft original documents, imagery, or work products within established guidelines.
- Deductive problem solving is required to solve moderately complex problems; most problems have defined processes of diagnosis/detection; some limited data analysis may be required.
- Incumbent’s input may be solicited during strategic planning period.
- Has no influence over key organizational decisions.
- Leverages advanced knowledge to conduct complex analyses and performance metrics that identify where an issue has occurred and where process inefficiencies or gaps exist.
- Selects models and technical systems to develop, define, and execute technical process initiatives that address a diverse range of problems of medium to large scope.
- Acts as team lead for process improvement initiatives including facilitating the process lifecycle, and defining deliverables for projects of medium to large scope.
- Creates and implements integration and stabilization of complex processes in the organization.
- Defines key measures of process effectiveness, develops appropriate performance metrics, and ensures process performance meets goals.
- Provides advanced production support of users, business systems, and applications in the organization.
- Solicits and evaluates feedback to determine appropriate actions.
- Creates, delivers, and provides presentations and training on complex business process improvements and enhancements.
- Writes clear and detailed documentation for complex business processes and projects.
- Makes decisions on complex issues that impact business results and arise within one’s own area of work.
- Collaborates with individuals inside and outside of own function to integrate projects and/or ensure changes work with other components of a specific project.
- Manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for small to mid-sized projects.
The candidate should have deep semiconductor manufacturing, procurement and sourcing, module manufacturing, high-tech electronics assembly, and planning solutions. A background with hands on experience in business solution life cycle and deploying cross functional system-based solutions a must.
The Experience Should Consist Of
- Writing requirements document and functional specifications that capture business requirements thoroughly yet, succinctly.
- Highly skilled in change management processes even on difficult projects.
- Works closely with global team to embrace new solutions.
- Utilizes business process techniques such as RACI, process flows, swim-lane diagrams to develop solutions.
- Makes good design trade-offs to improve processes when challenged with resource constraints.
- Ensures design is consistent with future initiatives and scalable.
- Develop and recommend new / improved business process, policy and system solutions
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Write functional specs capturing business requirements, Document user desktop procedures, Lead End User Training, Secure user support of new processes, and provide users process and systems training.
- Lead status meetings, process development workshops, training sessions, project teams, etc,
- Facilitate communication between user community and project teams.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), collaboration and presentation skills Skilled at change management
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills Mastery of Data Management and Analysis (e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Think holistically; and focus on limited scope enhancements at the same time.
- Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.
- Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.

Associates - Business, Associates - Engineering, Associates - Operations, See the required degree associated with years of work experience
Work Experiences
5+ years of related business process analysis experience with High School Diploma
4+ years of related business process analysis experience

Work Experiences
1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Manager level and above). ,5+ years Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or related work experience. ,4+ years experience with analyzing complex data sets. ,3+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization.
