Job Summary

Business Operation & Solution team is the cross function between operation, sales, finance, logistics, IT, and QHSE departments. BO&S Executive will be mainly responsible for daily data maintenance/ integrity, SOP review and update, project support and operation cost matching in TMS (Transportation management system)

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Data maintenance & Integrity
  
  

_ customers’ and vendors’ Account code review, creation/modification in Moira system upon requests from all departments.

_ To collect and organize necessary data to validate reality and process effectiveness, also to update in the system according to the requests

• SOP review & update
  
  

_ To support existing SOP review and update. The executive needs to collaborate with other functions and devisions to understand their needs and work to review and amend current SOP of necessary.

• Operation Cost matching
  
  

_ Operation cost matching timely upon receiving the payment voucher request from all departments.

• Airline & Co-loader payment contact windows
  
  

_ Act as co-loader accountant to settle statement of payment with Airline and Co-loader in half monthly basis.

• Project support
  
  

_ Participate in development activities, such as UAT, system go-live support of data collection, cleansing, inspection, testing

, maintenance and running reports.

• Administration Support
  
  

_ Arrange meetings with stakeholders, preparing presentations slides, maintaining records and documents, etc.)
