Business Development Manager - Taiwan- Manage strategic international account McDonalds’ in Taiwan.
- Connect with the customer (McDonald’s) to understand their business objectives /strategies/execution plan to design, build and influence business plans and beverage strategies across categories and ensure follow through of the execution in collaboration with the customers.
- Steward business performance via agreed JBP with customers and internal system and TMD (The McDonald Division).
- Monitor and track overall business performance and provide regular update as well as recommendation on course-correction programs when needed to customers, bottlers and relevant functions throughout the process.
- Communications: the role manages the strategic conversation and alignment with senior internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Bottler GMs, SMDs, senior leaders in the Company in other Business Units and Operating Units). Disseminates information both internally and externally. Strategic negotiation is required with multiple parties externally.
- Problem Solving: The role is constantly required to develop new solutions and is responsible for managing the operational, financial and organizational aspects. The role also requires a lot of problem solving for customer’s request on a daily base as well as longer term. Responsibilities are typically stated as broad goals or areas of accountability. There is substantial latitude in determining how to accomplish the goals.
- Involving in Business Planning: Fully involved and accountable for the development and execution of long term plan, SBP, and EBP, and CBP for the customer.
- Innovation: The position is responsible for conceptualizing, defining and implementing new processes, products, packages and commercial solutions to address complex business needs for McDonald’s in Taiwan.
- 5-10 years business/management experience
- Significant cross functional experience, including marketing, commercial, route to market, franchise, finance, bottling operations, and business development
- Must have deep understanding of the KO System
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and cultures
- Proven Strong team leadership skills
- Leadership within a framework of a global organization
- Experience in facilitation of multi-disciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s Degree
