• We sell software Services (SaaS) to companies wishing to have an “omnichannel” approach, covering web, in-store, mobile apps, and social networks

What’s the job

• Optimize data process and data reports on B2B platform
• Work closely with internal teams and clients in predicting and explaining market trends and competitive threats, report design, metric defining, and insight finding
• To build an automated data pipeline for analytical reports support business strategic planning
• To consolidate data and cooperate with different departments to deliver clear analysis result

Qualifications

• Fluent or native English speaker and good communication skills
• With 2 year+ of research/data/business analysis experience
• Strong interest or relevant experience in the software/App industry
• Ability to turn business problems into data-driven solutions
• SQL/ Tableau/PowerBI/ Pipedrive experience preferred
