Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs to deliver business result
- Control brand P&L and annual A&P budget
- Collaborate with Central and Regional team to lead new product launch (Innovation & Renovation)
- Responsible for market data and consumer research analysis to anticipate competition and market trends
- Communication Development: Formulate effective IMC strategy and planning to achieve brand communication objective.
- Lead agency partners to ensure precise ATL&BTL implementations and constantly strive for better result.
- Mange brand social medias (Facebook / Instagram / LINE account) to deliver better effectiveness for enhancing business result.
- Collaborate with trade marketing team to activate in trade promotion activities
- BA degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in beverage or FMCG industry
- Good level of English (both written and spoken) language proficiency.
- Japanese language proficiency would be A BIG PLUS
- Strong analytical skills to review and recommend implication for managing brands for short and long term.
- Fully experienced in ATL (AD/PR/Event/Digital experience) & BTL communication development with best practice.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with cross function.
- Independent, agile, ability to work well under pressure, positive thinking and open-minded for the teamwork.
- Passionate about alcohol category or Ready-To-Drink products.
