My client is a leading global company with strong marketing and sales performance to lead the market. This role is designed for Marketing Talents to level up the skills to commercial experience.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the brand business including strategic planning and execution of the growth and expansion in Taiwan market
• Lead Marketing and Sales to elevate the brand
• Ability to drive performance of the business through development of sound marketing strategies and tactical online and offline
• Responsible for the development, execution and performance of business strategies for revenue generation and market share growth
• Responsible for the achievement of operational and financial results - both top (revenue) and bottom (profitability) lines
• Develop systems, policies and procedures to enhance productivity, cost effectiveness and efficiency

Key Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing and related disciplines
• 10 to 15 years of relevant working experiences within the Consumer / Beauty industry
• Preferably with a track record of developing and maintaining business Market share
• Strong business acumen
• Mature and proactive, hands-on personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill
• Compensation will commensurate with experiences
